Join Reuben Stone of Valley Bio Ltd. along with Dean Bowes of Mississippi Malts, Max Meighen of Avling Kitchen and Brewery, and Chris Moore of Shady Creek Lamb Co. to discuss the profit relationship between farmers and food processing. With Beth Hunter of FoodBridge moderating the discussion panel, this shop talk delves into the importance of building relationships between farmers and the downstream food processing value chain from marketing and generating profit to alternative/regenerative cropping practices. Our guest speakers are locals who have been specifically selected for their passion in this work, with each one having an important role in the storyline of ‘seed to consumer’.
